Créo Global has named Jaimesha Patel as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective March 2025, as the agency sharpens its focus on performance marketing, strategic creativity, and business transformation rooted in real-world impact.
With over two decades of international experience spanning the UK, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, Patel has led integrated marketing strategies and scaled high-performing teams for global brands such as Nike, Abbott, ExxonMobil, Kenvue, and EXEED. Her work is known for driving measurable outcomes across diverse industries.
Taking on her new role, Patel said, “Stepping into the CEO position at Créo is both an honour and a challenge I embrace. The agency has built a solid foundation grounded in talent, ambition, and a bold vision for modern growth. My aim is to strengthen that momentum, sharpen our strategic edge, and continue delivering real impact for the brands we work with.”
Patel’s appointment is strongly endorsed by Jigar Sagar, Board Member and Strategic Advisor at Créo. A serial entrepreneur with over 30 ventures and deep experience in innovation and public-private partnerships, Sagar said, “This isn’t just a leadership change — it’s a statement of intent. Jaimesha brings the clarity, composure, and cross-market experience needed to guide Créo into a new era — one driven by performance, partnership, and purpose.”
Known for her strategic acumen and people-first leadership, Patel will lead Créo’s integrated approach to growth across performance, creative, and digital experience — uniting technology, AI, and data to help organisations achieve sustained success.
